Summary of the Articles: Creation of Norms for the Purpose of Global Talent Management

This article presents the findings of the study which was conducted to determine the relationship between personality scores and job performance. The study involved use of three global databases which looked at different aspects such as global region, occupational group, application status, and gender of the job candidates. The researchers have also used a case study to support the validity of the study.
