It needs to be a MLA formated 5 stanza poem imitating ″The chambered Nautilus. You have to focus on some natural object that brings memories lessons events etc. the first 3 stanzas has to be about meditation/contemplation focusing on the object including an apostraphe stanza 4-5 discuss the reflection,message,truth or insight that comes from the contemplation of the natural object
